Building Restoration Contractors

Restoration has always been part of our business from the Company’s inception in 1937, in more recent years the value of our experience has been recognised by Clients throughout the South of Scotland and we have been invited to work on some of the most highly regarded listed buildings in the area.

Our experience brings our own high quality tradesmen that use traditional building materials on a daily basis; this provides the attention to detail necessary when dealing with the fabric of historic buildings.

Part of the intrinsic value when using M & J Ballantyne Ltd as main contractor is our ability to simultaneously manage and coordinate the installation of modern mechanical and electrical services and insulation materials into an historic setting.
